Our creativity cards Creating with Nature were published in 2024

Creating with Nature is a deck of 54 cards for anyone wanting to unlock their creativity by connecting with the natural world.

One of our first and most striking discoveries in this research project was the newfound connection that artists and creators developed with nature during COVID-19. We wrote a blog post about it in 2021, hosted an outdoor event collaborating with our friends at Creato in 2022, and published an academic article in 2024.

Furthermore, we recognized an opportunity to harness these findings more broadly and meaningfully, leading us to design Creating with Nature a tool that combines the usefulness of the creativity deck as a way to prompt unexpected ways of thinking, with the benefits and engaging possibilities that nature brings about.

We made Creating with Nature because we couldn’t find something similar in the market at the moment, and as a response to the dire need for habits, tools and platforms that would support and preserve artists’ and creators’ relationship with the natural world.

Creating with Nature was published by BIS Publishers in Europe in June of 2024, and will be available in North America in November of the same year.
